The Other Songs Ltd is the controller of the personal information used to run TOS Live Mini. This notice is a draft for TOS’s legal adviser and must be reviewed before launch.

We keep your name, email and company; the time you confirm you are 18 or over; and your marketing choice, its time and the wording shown. We do not collect your date of birth.

We keep invitations, access requests and the team’s decision reasons, show RSVPs, tickets and check-in times. We use these to run the shows, manage limited places, verify access and keep your membership and attendance history.

Marketing is separate from event emails. We send marketing only when you opt in. You can withdraw that choice in the app; event and account messages are still needed to run your membership.

Retention periods: to be agreed before launch. TOS’s legal adviser must set and publish how long member records, declined requests, unused invitations, email records and exports are kept.

You can ask TOS to see or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to its use, or ask for a copy in a portable form where applicable. You can delete your account in the app; attendance and invitation history then remain without your name, email or company.

Cloudflare hosts the website and API; Supabase stores the records; Resend delivers emails. Apple and Google process the passes you choose to add to their Wallet services.

Contact TOS about your information by replying to a TOS Live email. The reply address is monitored. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
